Welcome to my personal webpage! My name is Michelle Paxton, and I've been an outpatient mental health therapist for over 30 years. I received my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Arizona State University, and am licensed in the states of Utah and Arizona. I provide therapy for individuals, couples, children, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, behavior dysregulation, relationship issues, parenting, divorce, and grief. I specialize in brief solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), radical acceptance therapy, mindfulness, and behavioral therapy. I also enjoy public speaking on various topics including dating, compatibility in partner choices, anxiety, and depression.
